H V and Betty Douglas Endowed

Established in 1997, this scholarship honors the memory of H.V. “Vess” and Betty H. Douglas. Recipients must have a financial need and may be enrolled in any program of study. Students may be enrolled full-time or part-time, but must reside in Wilkes County. Children of lawyers, physicians, and ministers are not eligible for this scholarship.
