Millard Hansford Eller Memorial Endowed

Established as an endowed scholarship in 1999, in memory of Millard Hansford Eller, recipients must have a financial need, have good grades and a commitment to success. Each recipient must be an Ashe County born resident, be enrolled in an AA/AAS degree science or technical-related program relevant to employment in Ashe County, and must be enrolled full-time.
